As an experienced senior sales professional within IT (cloud) services, you will build long-term customer relationships at Korton and help organizations advance in their digital transformation. You are result-oriented and entrepreneurial, advise customers with enthusiasm, and work thoroughly to map out their needs precisely. As a Senior Cloud Consultant at Korton, you are the link between support and management. You help optimize Cloud environments and actively contribute to knowledge transfer within the team. With your expertise, you ensure a stable and innovative IT environment for our customers, ranging from healthcare institutions to complex software providers.

As a Cloud Consultant, you are responsible for:

• Securing New Business and expanding existing business;

• Management and optimization of multi-cloud environments to ensure continuity and performance;

• Proactive management, so that problems are prevented instead of only being solved;

• Supporting complex technical issues and custom solutions for customers with challenging IT infrastructures;

• Acting as a bridge between support and management, resulting in more efficient ticket handling;

• Coaching and guiding administrators and support staff to increase knowledge;

• Executing changes, such as implementing new servers and infrastructure modifications;

• Collaborating on projects, where you apply new technologies and solutions.
