For our Ownership Experience department, we are looking for a:

In this role, you are the face of Kia to our dealers. You ensure they are maximally supported in the areas of After Sales, sales of parts and accessories, and customer satisfaction. You:

• build sustainable relationships through regular dealer visits;

• translate sales targets and campaigns into concrete actions on the shop floor;

• identify opportunities and turn them into new plans and initiatives;

• support dealers with training, programs, and bonus systems;

• conduct constructive negotiations with dealer management to achieve mutual goals;

• make agreements concrete with SMART action plans and follow up;

• share insights via clear reports to management.

In short: you connect, persuade, and help dealers grow, and with them, Kia Netherlands too.
