What we're looking for

MBO-4 ICT management / Expert IT Systems & Devices or similar
Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900 / MS-900 / MD-102)
ITIL Foundation, Cisco CCNA (basic) or network experience
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of Windows servers, SAP, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online
Basic scripting (PowerShell), virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware)
Analytical, problem-solving, and independent
Methodical, structured, and proactive
Communicative skills towards users and suppliers

What you'll do

As IT Coordinator, you are the driving force behind a stable, secure, and future-proof IT environment. You don't just keep our ICT infrastructure, applications, and systems running, but you continuously take them to a higher level. With your expertise, you support users with complex IT issues and ensure that everyone can work optimally. You switch effortlessly between colleagues and external suppliers and, like no other, know how to bring together continuity, security, and ease of use in a professional IT environment.

The responsibilities we entrust to you

Managing and monitoring servers (Windows/Linux)
Management of Active Directory and/or Azure AD
Network management: switches, routers, firewalls, WiFi
Deploying and managing endpoints (Intune/MDM/SCCM)
Resolving 2nd and 3rd-line incidents
Coordinating and executing changes/improvements
Applying access management and security policies (MFA, hardening, audits)
Testing backups & restore, monitoring for security incidents
Executing ICT projects (migrations, network renewal, cloud trajectories)
Drafting and maintaining management and work instructions
Supporting key-users & power-users, maintaining business applications
