As a Logistics Advisory Assistant (LMA) at Kersten Hulpmiddelen, you ensure that these aids are in the right place, can be used safely, and are ready for daily use. You do not work in people's homes, but primarily for healthcare institutions, where you have daily contact with healthcare professionals who rely on you.

Thanks to your commitment, clients can count on the right support and healthcare workers can perform their work optimally.

What you'll do

You start your workday from our branch in The Hague. There, you load your van with aids and head out to various healthcare institutions in the region.

No two days are the same. One moment you are delivering a care bed, the next moment you are adjusting a hoist or providing an explanation on the use of an aid.

You deliver aids to healthcare institutions.
You assemble, install, and dismantle aids on location.
You adjust aids according to the wishes and needs of the user.
You provide clear explanations to healthcare professionals about the use of aids.
You collect aids and check them for condition and completeness.
You identify damages or peculiarities and report them back.
You process administrative data accurately in our systems.
You are the face of Kersten every day.

Logistics Advisory Assistant (delivery driver)

Location: The Hague

Salary: € 2,864.00 to a maximum of € 3,408.00 gross per month based on 38 hours per week.

Hours: 32-38h per week

What you bring

MBO working and thinking level.
You are customer-oriented, helpful, and professional.
You communicate easily with healthcare professionals and colleagues.
You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility.
You have a practical mindset and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
You can handle changes and unexpected situations well.
You have a good command of the Dutch language.
You possess a valid driver's license B.
Experience in logistics, technology, facility services, or healthcare is a plus, but not a requirement.
