What you'll do

Together with your Assistant Store Manager, you are the main point of contact in the store. You:

Lead your team and coach them daily
Monitor sales figures and draw up action plans
Ensure a customer-oriented shopping experience
Organize recruitment, onboarding, and training
Keep the store in tip-top shape, every single day
Work on the floor and lead by example
