What will you do:
• A new challenge every day: No two days are the same at JYSK! As Assistant Store Manager, you play an important role in running the store. You make sure everything keeps running smoothly in a dynamic environment.

You ensure everything runs smoothly and that the customer has a top experience! You start each day with a short team meeting, after which everyone takes on their own responsibilities.

What you bring:
• You have MBO work/thinking level🎓
• You have at least 1 year of work experience in Retail 🛒
• Experience in a leadership role? Great! Whether it's coaching colleagues or conducting conversations about, for example, absenteeism and performance, knowing how to lead people is a plus
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and have some knowledge of the English language.
• Flexibility is key for you
• You are results-oriented, sociable and enjoy a dynamic environment.
