Store Manager

We are looking for a store manager with a completed MBO education (level 3 or 4) in retail or equivalent. You have several years of demonstrable work experience in a similar position or are ready for the step to a management position. Experience in toys is a plus, but not required.

As a manager, you are ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations of your store. You report to the Area Manager. We are looking for a Store Manager to come and strengthen our team! • You realize the planned turnover and control costs;
• Present the store in accordance with established guidelines;
• Order goods in the correct manner so that the store's replenishment rate continues to meet the standard;
• Ensure correct receipt and processing of freight;
• Ensure that work schedules are made efficiently with a focus on commerce;
• Ensure there is a top sales team that is always customer-oriented;
• You manage the cash, goods, personnel, and hours administration in accordance with the agreements;
• You work within the sales team with all occurring store activities;
• You continuously provide a role model function;
• You are hands-on and strong in organization and think in possibilities.
