Store Manager

• €3,250 – 4,458 per month on a full-time basis, including 8% holiday allowance. Plus a monthly bonus of up to 16% when store targets are achieved. 
  The salary within this range is dependent on experience.

We are looking for a Store Manager in Amsterdam Beethovenstraat, 32-40 hours. Our store opens in December and you can be part of it from day one.

• Lead with energy and focus by driving sales, motivating your team, and creating a positive atmosphere in the store.
• Recruit, onboard, and train with the goal of building a skilled and confident team with strong optical knowledge and customer-oriented service.
• Work result-oriented by monitoring KPIs and leading the team toward achieving sales and service targets, in close collaboration with HQ.
• Manage daily operations by creating schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient processes.
• Offer standout service by guiding customers with attention and expertise throughout the entire eye test process.
• Utilize your optical skills by helping customers choose the right lenses and frames, accurately adjusting glasses, and grinding custom lenses.

• Fluent Dutch (basic English is a plus) is essential for effective customer communication and good collaboration within the team.
