The Store Executive is the key to delivering an exceptional and unique end-to-end consumer experience, by providing the right information and service to customers.

In addition to customer interaction, the Store Executive is responsible for store maintenance and performing tasks to ensure that the store always looks impeccable and is ready for the consumer. Store Executives work together and help others where necessary, resulting in a fun, respectful, and engaged working environment. The Store Executive reports to the store manager.

• Receives consumers in the store, understands their needs, offers guidance, and helps in discovering our products.

• Informs consumers about our products

• Performing purchase transactions, assisting with after-sales services

• Performing store activities according to the Store Operations Guidebook, including but not limited to inventory management, store readiness, and store presentation.

• Supporting colleagues in following all guidelines

• Ensuring that the set KPI objectives are met.
