Customer Operations & Backoffice Specialist – Enschede (32 hours per week)

• Attractive salary & pension: An annual salary between €36,000 and €38,000 based on 40 hours per week, supplemented with a pension scheme with an employer contribution of 60%.

• KYC & legal onboarding: You process legal documents, perform verifications, and set up new accounts when restaurants join us.
• Menu & content management: You enter menus, set up delivery areas in our systems, and ensure that our platform always looks flawless.
• Partner support & quality monitoring: You manage partner data, monitor quality through audits, and advise partners to get the most out of their partnership with JET.
• Customer care & complex cases: You handle complex customer cases (such as compensations and refunds) via telephone and chat, and ensure that handling is always correct and customer-oriented.
