Requirements

What we're looking for

  • You have a completed HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking.
  • You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • You are a strong communicator and can plan and organize well.
  • You take initiative and think in solutions.
  • You are available to work in a 2-shift system and on weekends.
  • You have a good command of the English language.

The role

You will work in the fulfilment team of Jumbo Online. Together, you will ensure that all orders are processed on time, complete, and with a smile. At Jumbo, we do everything we can to offer delicious, affordable, and responsible food for everyone. As EFC Team Leader, you will contribute to this by coaching your team, improving processes, and ensuring quality.

What you'll do

  • Motivating, coaching, and evaluating team members based on results.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
  • Ensuring quality for the customer.
  • Thinking along about the growth and development of Jumbo Online.
  • Organizing daily activities and setting priorities.
  • Coordinating with the department manager and fellow team leaders.
  • You are responsible for monitoring the culture and promoting the shared vision.
