Logistics Worker

• Salary: € 15.20 - € 16.37 gross per hour, depending on your existing skills.

• Allowance: Extra money on top of your wages for the early hours, the night, and working in the cold.

• 13x salary: We pay your wages every 4 weeks, so you get paid 13 times per year.

• Travel expenses: €0.23 per km (from 10 km up to 25 km one way).

• Extras: A daily catered lunch at the location, good work clothing and staff discount on your favorite products.

Very clear: in the afternoon/evening you collect orders for our customers; this can be in both the DKW (chilled) and Freezer. You also ensure that products are replenished during that process. In the night shift, you form the orders (forming): you combine products from the order pickers and suppliers into complete shipments for the correct route.

• Forming (night): You combine different order flows and set them on the correct route and with the correct customer number.

• Order picking (afternoon): You collect products for our customers and set them ready on the designated route.

• Quality check: You check the orders for discrepancies and resolve them so that the driver departs with the correct items.

It is physical work where you are in motion all day in our warehouse in Geleen. We work in two different shifts: the day shift (15:00 - 23:15) for the order picker and the night shift (00:00 - 08:00) except for Sunday, when work is done from (22:00 - 07:00) for forming the orders, and you start your weekend on Friday morning. Important: you are available for both shifts. During forming, you regularly work in the cooling (7°C) to process fresh products. In our freezer, this is around (-20°C), which is manageable with good clothing equipment.

• Flexible: You are available for both the day/evening and the night shift and do not find working in the cooling to be a problem.
