Consultant - Amsterdam (Hybrid)

Build your consulting career where real estate and business strategy intersect

Become part of our growing Dutch Consulting team and help multinationals and Dutch organizations make better decisions about their real estate - from analyzing a European portfolio to redesigning a real estate function. You will work closely with our Directors and the wider team, gain early ownership over real parts of projects, and learn alongside JLL colleagues throughout Europe.

• Portfolio Optimisation - Analyze portfolios, business strategies, and changing needs to determine where and how clients operate and what real estate they need to do so.
• Target Operating Model design - map out how real estate and facilities functions work today, and define and implement ways to make them more efficient and effective
• Workplace Experience - Develop workplace strategies based on how organizations use their work environment through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Collect and structure client and market data - lease agreements, occupancy, costs, benchmarks
• Build financial models, scenarios, and business cases
• Create clear visual analyses and dashboards that make complex data easy to read
• Write reports that are client-ready and start with the "so what"
• Help prepare and conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys
• Manage your own deliverables within deadlines and signal bottlenecks in a timely manner
• Work directly with client contact persons and JLL colleagues to maintain momentum
• Support proposals with research, client profiles, and insights from our network
• Recognize follow-up opportunities in the work you deliver
