At IG&H, we are looking for experienced Business Analysts with in-depth knowledge of pensions. Using your expertise, you will be able to determine together with our clients how they can make optimal use of our standard solutions. You provide substantive input, drive improvement, and help the sector move forward.

As a Business Analyst within the pension domain, you deliver direct impact. You apply your analytical skills and domain knowledge to digital transformations, the implementation of new IT systems, and the preparation for the Future Pensions Act.
You work technology-independently and act as a link between business and IT. Together with colleagues from disciplines such as low-code development, system configuration, and organizational change, you contribute to sustainable solutions.

You help clients sharpen their needs, specify clear requirements, and contribute to our model-driven way of working and pension ontology. Additionally, you actively share your knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the further professionalization of our team.

• More than 5 years of experience in the pension sector

• Experience with the analysis of pension products and services

• Ability to unravel complex issues and communicate clearly

• Affinity with modeling and specifying requirements

• Strong collaboration with clients and stakeholders

• Enthusiasm to further develop yourself at the intersection of business and IT

• Professional command of the Dutch language
