As a Junior Consultant Platforms & Prototypes, you translate client needs into smart, scalable, and future-proof digital experiences. Together with strategists, designers, technologists, and data experts, you activate client data, AI, and technology to realize human-centric innovation. You make complex technology simple and human.

In this role, you will work on:

• Designing and implementing digital and AI-driven services that help organizations improve customer retention and create new value.
• Translating business objectives and strategic ambitions into technological solutions, for example in the areas of loyalty programs, commerce, and marketing.
• Working with low-code, AI, and prototyping solutions to quickly develop, test, and validate new customer processes and digital experiences.
• Connecting data, customer insights, and technology to design meaningful experiences for organizations in both the public and private sectors.

You have:

• A master's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, or a similar field.
• Affinity with digital strategy, customer data, CRM, CDP, and AI solutions, combined with a strong curiosity to continuously learn. Plus: experience with customer journey mapping, design thinking, user research, marketing activation, and/or project management.
• The ability to make complex issues understandable and to connect business challenges to technological possibilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and agile teams.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages and the willingness to actively learn and apply new technologies, including AI, within your field.

• A permanent contract from day one and a suitable salary.
• A starting salary of €2,950 gross per month (based on 40 hours) and a mobility allowance of €800 gross per month that you can spend on a lease car, NS Business Card, or travel expenses.
