Manager Sales / Operations Physical Security

This is what you will do
As Manager Operations Physical Security, you are responsible for developing and maintaining strong, sustainable client relationships. You combine commercial insight with operational knowledge and know exactly how to translate client value into profitable growth and optimal service delivery.

You manage a portfolio consisting mainly of high-risk sites and actively focus on retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
With your advisory approach, you position I-SEC firmly with clients and continue to build long-term collaborations.

In addition, you work intensively with Site Managers and chain partners. You are the primary point of contact for clients and external suppliers. With your overview and proactive attitude, you ensure that processes run smoothly and that potential bottlenecks are identified and resolved in a timely manner.

• Realizing further growth within our static (physical security) portfolio;

• The ultimate responsibility for managing operational processes;

• The commercial development and optimization of client contracts within your portfolio;

• Budgeting, indexing, analysis, and reporting;

• Conducting operational and commercial meetings with clients and stakeholders;

• Drafting, realizing, and safeguarding annual plans;

• Identifying and utilizing new business opportunities.

In this senior role, you are not only operationally responsible but also a substantive sparring partner for clients.
You understand the complexity of physical security and know how to translate this into strategic advice and concrete improvements.

You:

• Successfully positions I-SEC with (new) clients;

• Realizes growth within existing and new accounts;

• Validates and manages commercial objectives;

• Actively builds a strong network within the sector;

• Works closely with those ultimately responsible within the operational process.

Competencies
You are an entrepreneurial professional who sees and utilizes opportunities. You switch effortlessly between strategy and operations and know how to bring others along with you. 

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level;  

• Extensive experience with commercial trajectories;

• Demonstrable experience with (operational) physical security processes;

• 3 to 5 years of experience with commercial processes and account management; 

• Preferably experience with tender and procurement processes;

• Strong commercial and consultancy skills;  

• Entrepreneurial, result-oriented, and a natural leader;  

• Solution- and service-oriented attitude with an eye for quality;  

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
