As a bus driver, you ensure that our passengers arrive at their destination safely, on time, and comfortably. You achieve this by preparing your shift well, driving your route with concentration, and interacting with passengers in a friendly and proactive manner.
As a Bus Driver at HTM, you are someone who enjoys being around people and who likes to lend a helping hand
You are committed and punctual
You are decisive, straightforward, and can collaborate well
You are reliable and aware of your own craftsmanship
You are well able to organize your own work independently
You are flexible and working irregular hours is no problem at all for you
You are familiar with the The Hague region and you have an affinity with 'public transport'
You have at least an MBO level 2 qualification
You are at least 18 years old and your height is between 1.65 and 1.96 m
You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
You possess a Category B driver's license
You possess excellent oral and written skills, you speak fluent Dutch and can make yourself understood in English
We offer you a beautiful and important job, with the best seat in The Hague and surrounding areas! With us, you will enter a training program in which you first obtain your D license, after which you will follow a targeted training to become a service-oriented bus driver at HTM. The next training session starts in November and December 2026.
Your starting salary is € 3,789 (based on a full-time appointment, including irregular hours allowance).
You will receive a one-year contract with a view to a permanent appointment.
