Do you want to build the energy supply for hatcheries all over the world? Do you have a clear vision for sustainable energy systems and do you get energized by developing smart, scalable products? Then this role as Manager Product Engineering Energy Systems at HatchTech is for you.
In this full-time position (internally we call this role Product Group Owner Energy), you are responsible for the complete Energy product group. Together with a team of 5 people and growing, you develop modular solutions for heating, cooling, ventilation, compressed air, electricity, and other energy supplies surrounding our incubators. In doing so, you look not only at today, but also at the brotherhood of the future: Energy-efficient, modular, and scalable pushed to the max.
You are primarily a technical trailblazer. Someone who understands the content, thinks along, helps build, and assists colleagues further. You provide direction based on knowledge, experience, and common sense, not from models or hierarchy. You are pragmatic and down-to-earth. Naturally, you have a clear vision regarding the future of the product group, but you are above all someone who gets things done together with the team.
As Manager Product Engineering Energy Systems, you steer the development of the complete product group. You translate complex energy systems into smart, modular building blocks. Your responsibilities include:
Developing a vision and roadmap for the Energy product group.
Developing and improving energy-efficient products and systems.
Integrating cooling, heating, and energy systems within our total solutions.
Directing and supporting engineers through content, experience, and technical expertise.
Initiating and leading development projects within the existing project structure.
Assessing customer feedback and translating it into improvements.
Collaborating with Product Group Owners of Incubators and Software & Control.
Developing tools that allow Sales to easily assemble the correct configurations.
Presenting (and prioritizing) new concepts, innovations, and investment proposals to management.
You work from the principle of modularity and standardization: products must be deployable, scalable, and easy to apply worldwide. A bit like IKEA, but for industrial energy systems.
Do you want to use your knowledge of sustainable energy systems to further shape a new product group? Then we would love to meet you.
You can call us or send a message. Hendrik Kemp (manager) will gladly and happily answer questions about the position. The number is +31 318 512 511. We can tell you everything about our people and the possibilities and are curious about your wishes and ambitions.
Are you already completely convinced? Then use the application button. We look forward to receiving your application!
We recruit ourselves and kindly request agencies not to contact us.
