What you can do

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking;
• You have insight into business processes, from specification to packaging;
• You have experience with data processing in ERP or PIM systems;
• You have excellent command of Excel and an affinity for (automated) data processing;
• You have experience with multidisciplinary processes such as item creation;
• You write and speak Dutch and English fluently.

Nice to have

• Experience in the food sector or with specification management;
• Experience with digital customer systems such as SIM and PIMDAM.

• A salary between €3300 and €4100 gross per month (excl. 8% holiday allowance, based on 40 hours, depending on experience).
• Hybrid working: 50% at home, 50% at the office in Bodegraven.

As a Product Data & Labeling Specialist, you contribute to fast market introductions, correct specifications, and error-free labels. You interact daily with colleagues, suppliers, and systems to ensure everything is perfect down to the last detail.

Item creation, specification management & labeling

• You ensure that new items are created or changed quickly and correctly, in close cooperation with Sales, Purchasing, and our suppliers.
• You keep our product specifications & labels up to date by processing new or adjusted specifications & labels carefully and quickly.
• You ensure that we comply with laws and regulations (NL, EU, and international), including certifications and customer-specific requirements.

Analysis & process improvement

• You identify opportunities for improvement in our data and processes and translate them into concrete optimizations.
• You create analyses and reports to make data quality, speed, or compliance transparent.

Advice & collaboration

• You translate customer and market questions regarding specifications and labels into clear actions for suppliers and Supply Chain.
• You coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Sourcing regarding what is legally possible and permitted in packaging communications and customer communications.
