As a maintenance technician in Leerdam, you will ensure optimal technical maintenance of our automated cheese warehouse and the packaging lines. You prevent malfunctions, implement improvements and ensure that our production continues to run safely and efficiently. With your craftsmanship, you make a direct impact on our daily operations and contribute to high-quality dairy products for millions of consumers.

• Responsible for preventive and planned maintenance of installations at the production location in Leerdam;
• Works on diverse systems, including the automated cheese warehouse and the packaging lines;
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and translates these into technical solutions and plans;
• Supports and participates in technical projects to further optimize production;
• Works closely with technicians, operators and production to prevent malfunctions and ensure a safe, stable working environment.

• Minimum MBO 3 working and thinking level, preferably in mechatronics;
• Relevant vocational certificates are a plus;
• Experience in a technical maintenance or troubleshooting role within the food industry is a plus;
• Experience with systems such as SAP and Ultimo is a plus.

Employment conditions

• Salary between € 3,700.- to € 4,300.- gross per month incl. market value allowance (full-time), depending on experience and suitability for the role;
• Shift allowance in the 3-shift service;
• 4% year-end bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme;
• 180 hours of leave per year, with the possibility to buy or sell up to 40 extra hours;
