Slotting Specialist

• A gross salary between €3,028.80 and €4,326.40 per 4-week period, based on 40 hours per week.
• Converted to a monthly salary, this amounts to approximately €3,281.20 to €4,686.93 gross per month.
• 30 vacation days (with the possibility to buy or sell vacation days) and 8% holiday allowance. You build up a pension through participation in the Bedrijfstakpensioenfonds voor het Levensmiddelenbedrijf (Industry Pension Fund for the Food Industry).

As a Slotting Specialist, you dive into data, forecasts, and daily operations to continuously make our shelf and location layouts smarter. You discover where things can be improved, translate insights into concrete improvements, come up with creative ideas, and see the results back on the shop floor: more efficient picking, more stability, and an operation that is ready for the future.

In short: you ensure that data actually works in the operation.

In this role, you combine analysis with action. You look at data and forecasts, recognize patterns and bottlenecks, and translate them into smart and future-proof slotting. In doing so, you look not only at what is theoretically optimal, but especially at what truly works in practice.

You will, among other things:

• Designing and continuously optimizing shelf and location layouts;
• Analyzing data and discovering opportunities for improvement;
• Translating your analyses into concrete advice and adjustments;
• Contributing to higher picking efficiency, stability, safety, and usability;
• Coordinating changes with the operation and other stakeholders;
• Safeguarding agreements, standards, and working methods;
• Recording and securing successful improvements;
• Contributing to projects and continuous improvement according to JPS/Lean.

You are analytical, practical, and work easily with various stakeholders. You take ownership and know how to convert data into actionable improvements.
