Product Development Engineer

At Frapak, you will work on innovative packaging concepts for leading customers in Europe. You will get the chance to measure and contribute to quality improvement within a growing organization. In this position, there is room to develop yourself in broader areas, such as technical drawing.

• You will perform zero-series measurements and test whether designs meet the specified requirements;

• You will play a key role in the transition from design to production;

• You will support quality documentation and the handling of customer complaints;

• You will work closely with colleagues from quality and sales to follow up on customer inquiries and points for improvement;

• If you are ready in your development to learn more, you can learn to create 3D drawings in SolidWorks and think along about manufacturability;

• Then you will learn to realize ideas into concrete and executable designs.

• Preferably, you have several years of relevant work experience within a similar environment;

• You possess an MBO or HBO level of work and thinking;

• You have experience or a clear interest in product development and/or QA;

• You are interested in learning technical drawing. In this role, there is room to learn this;

• You speak fluent Dutch and are good at English;

• You have a hands-on mentality and feel at home in a practical environment;

• You can work well independently and are highly solution-oriented;

• You are involved, structured, accurate, and persuasive.
