(Senior) Manager IT Auditor SAP

• 6 to 10 years of experience within IT Audit, Technology Risk, SAP Controls, ERP Assurance, or a similar field.

• Demonstrable experience in leading IT audits, SAP implementation projects, and client projects.

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, including knowledge of processes, risks, and control measures.

• Experience in designing, implementing, and assessing IT and internal control frameworks (including ITGC, application control, and automated control testing)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex and dynamic environments.

• Strong analytical ability, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

Your new job | About your key responsibilities
As a (Senior) Manager within EY Technology Risk, you help leading national and international organizations build trust in their technology-driven business processes. You lead complex SAP-related assurance and transformation projects and support clients throughout their digital transformation, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, the design of control frameworks, and IT audits.

You work together with multidisciplinary teams to assess technological risks, strengthen internal controls, and provide insights that contribute to reliable financial reporting, compliance with laws and regulations, and operational excellence.

• Leading and managing large-scale IT audit and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

• Overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of IT General Controls (ITGCs), application controls, and process controls within SAP environments.

• Assessing the design and effectiveness of control frameworks that support financial and regulatory reporting.

• Coordinating end-to-end control testing and formulating practical recommendations for improvements and follow-up.

• Acting as a trusted advisor for clients during ERP implementations and business transformation programs.

• Directing teams on multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality and compliance with EY methodologies.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with senior stakeholders within Finance, Internal Audit, IT, and the business.

• Contributing to business development, proposals, thought leadership, and market initiatives.

• Coaching and developing junior team members and supporting their professional growth.
