- Preparing C-level decision-making materials, supported by sound analyses and clear storytelling.

Hiring process
Shaping your future together with us? | About your application process
We would love to receive your CV and motivation letter. In your motivation letter, we would like to read about your experience within at least one of the mentioned sectors or knowledge areas. We will only process your application if you include a motivation letter.
Our first contact and the first interview: after your application, our recruiter will call for an introductory interview. If the role is a good match, we will schedule a first interview with a colleague from the department. This is a mutual introduction. For the first interview, we ask you to complete an online assessment. Not a standard questionnaire, but a game-based assessment that looks at both your cognitive skills and your behavioral preferences.
The second interview: If we see a match after the first interview and you are still enthusiastic, a second introduction follows. In this interview, we will go deeper into the position and other relevant themes, and sometimes a business case also forms part of the procedure. Following this, a final interview takes place with a partner from the department.
We are a match. You will receive an offer from us and we will conduct a pre-employment screening. After that, your new challenge begins. Welcome to EY!
