Shaping your future together with us? | About your application process
1. For this vacancy, we would like to receive only your CV. This makes it easy for you to apply quickly.
2. Our first contact and the first interview: after your application, our recruiter will call for an introductory interview. If the role is a good match, we will schedule an initial interview with the recruiter and a colleague from the department. This is a mutual introduction.
3. After the first interview, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. Not a standard questionnaire, but a game-based one in which both your cognitive skills and your behavioral preferences are examined. In the second interview, we will discuss the results together.
4. The second interview: If we see a match after the first interview and you are still enthusiastic, a second introduction will follow. In this interview, we will go deeper into the position and other relevant themes, and sometimes a business case is also part of the procedure. It may be that a final interview takes place.
5. We are a match. You will receive an offer from us and we will conduct a pre-employment screening. After that, your new challenge begins. Welcome to EY!
