Within the Netherlands, the accredited laboratories of Eurofins Environment provide a wide range of chemical, physical, and biological analyses. Analyses primarily take place in the large laboratories in Amsterdam (Eurofins Omegam), Amersfoort (Eurofins Analytico), and Deurningen (Eurofins ACMAA Testing).

As a Production Coordinator, you play an important role in ensuring a smooth flow of laboratory samples within our organization. When questions or deviations arise during the process regarding sample processing, you are the one who assesses these and determines the correct next steps.

Through your keen eye, analytical ability, and good communication, you ensure that samples can be started timely and correctly. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to achieving agreed lead times and the timely delivery of analysis results to our customers.

Job content:

· Assessing laboratory samples where peculiarities or process deviations have been identified.

· Determining whether samples can be processed within the established quality and process guidelines.

· Coordinating with the ASM department when additional information or actions are required.

· Communicating with internal departments regarding the possibilities and next steps for starting samples.

· Managing and answering questions received via the central mailbox.

· Monitoring samples that are awaiting additional information or decision-making.

· Monitoring daily progress and priorities within the process.

· Contributing to an efficient and timely processing of samples within the laboratory.

You work accurately, maintain an overview, and enjoy coordinating various tasks simultaneously. You switch easily with colleagues from various departments and are able to quickly make the right assessments.
