The role

Clinical Diagnostics SCAL provides high-quality laboratory diagnostics for primary and secondary care in the fields of clinical chemistry & hematology and imaging and functional studies.
To strengthen our department, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Clinical Chemist who wants to contribute to high-quality diagnostics, innovation, and the further development of our organization.
What you'll do
As a Clinical Chemist, you will be part of the Clinical Chemistry department at Clinical Diagnostics SCAL. This gives you the unique opportunity to actively help build the further development of clinical chemistry within our organization.
You combine professional activities with an active role in innovation, quality, and organizational development. In addition, you are an important interlocutor for healthcare providers in the region and contribute to optimal diagnostic support for patient care.
- Providing substance to various professional aspects of laboratory diagnostics.
- Contributing to organization-wide projects and innovations.
- Participating in day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Acting as a medical content advisor and consultant for healthcare providers, particularly within primary care.
- Contributing to the further development of our diagnostic services.
- Providing education and knowledge transfer to laboratory staff and requesters.
- Developing areas of focus and projects that align with your talents and interests.
- Collaborating with colleagues within Clinical Diagnostics Nederland to further shape quality and innovation.
Areas of focus will be divided in consultation.
