Infrastructure Work Preparer

• Mbo or hbo work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of civil engineering, GWW or similar;

• At least 2 years of work experience as a work preparer in earthworks, civil engineering, and hydraulic engineering;

• You have demonstrable work experience in independently realizing the preparation, guidance, and execution of complex projects in technical and organizational areas;

• Your communication is clear and concise. You work in a structured and organized manner;

• You are customer-oriented and can handle time pressure and deadlines well.

• The salary for this position is between € 3,577.89 and € 6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours)*, excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary is dependent on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract immediately

In this position, you are the connecting link within our projects and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from preparation to execution. You draft technical work descriptions, order the necessary materials, and monitor progress. In doing so, you get plenty of room to apply your expertise and to further develop yourself. Together with your colleagues, you work on beautiful, challenging projects within a close-knit team.

In practice, you are responsible for drafting and monitoring schedules and work plans. You coordinate the entire procurement process, request quotes, and draft contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Additionally, you check and process technical drawings and specifications, and ensure that the right materials and the necessary equipment are available on time. You actively maintain contact with our clients, suppliers, and colleagues, and work closely with them. You also identify deviations and risks and report on them. Finally, you ensure compliance with HSE regulations and actively contribute to a safe execution of our projects.
