At least a HBO (higher professional education) degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field;
At least 8 years of experience in non-residential construction;
Strong communication and leadership skills;
Persuasiveness, ownership, and an entrepreneurial mentality;
Experience with BIM, LEAN, risk management, and contract management;
Customer-oriented, innovative, and proactive in process optimization.
The salary for this position is between €7,610 and €10,939 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

Do you have extensive experience with complex non-residential construction projects and do you know how to successfully lead teams and projects? Due to the growth of our operating company and the increasing scale and complexity of our projects, we are strengthening our team with an Operations Manager Complex Non-Residential Construction. In this role, you will contribute to leading non-residential projects in Noord-Brabant.
As Operations Manager Complex Non-Residential Construction, you are responsible for a portfolio of large-scale non-residential projects within Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Den Bosch. From our independent operating company, you will lead multiple project teams and manage safety, quality, planning, finances, and results.
Due to the growth of our organization and the increasing complexity of our projects, we are further building our capacity and impact. Our projects are located in Noord-Brabant and are characterized by their scale, technical challenges, and integrated collaboration. Think of educational buildings, healthcare institutions, office buildings, and high-tech environments. Thanks to your experience with complex non-residential construction projects, you know what is required to successfully organize and realize these projects.
You lead project managers, work planners, and site managers, and ensure connection between the various teams. You maintain an overview of multiple projects simultaneously, monitor progress, capacity, risks, and results, and act as an important sparring partner for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Additionally, you contribute to further strengthening our organization. You stimulate collaboration between teams, share knowledge and experience, and create an environment in which employees can develop and teams can perform optimally. With your leadership, you ensure that complex non-residential projects are successfully realized and that teams can get the best out of themselves.
