• A good salary between € 4300,- and € 6500,- per month, depending on your experience.

As a Site Preparer, you are responsible for the preparation, monitoring, and adjustment of our projects. Additionally, you are the point of contact for the project manager and the site manager. You handle procurement, draw up schedules, create project files, and ensure they are up-to-date. Together with the project manager and the site manager, you discuss the working methods, and you advise and support the execution in drafting deviations and statements for extra and reduced work. Drafting work budgets and work and inspection plans are also part of your responsibilities. A great diversity of activities in which you have many contacts, both internally and externally.

In the position of Site Preparer, you will join a close-knit team and work together with the site manager, project manager, and project coordinator. You perform your activities from our office and partly at the project locations. Together, we build something greater than ourselves. We contribute to the bigger picture. You perform your activities from the office in Breda and partly at the project locations, mainly in the south and southwest of the Netherlands.

You are someone who loves variety, because with us, no two days are the same! You can therefore act quickly, you are alert and action-oriented. We are looking for a true team player, but in this position, it is also important that you can work well independently and that you are proactive. Additionally, you are assertive and want to further develop yourself. Furthermore: 

• Preferably, you have a higher professional education (HBO) in civil engineering, technical business administration, or mechanical engineering; 
• You have 2 years of work experience in the role of Site Preparer; 
• You have a good command of administrative processes and have knowledge of the existing contract forms in the market such as RAW and UAV-GC; 
• You have good communication and negotiation skills; 
• You possess a B driving license
