Help us to increase the knowledge of Operations within DSV Contract Logistics and prepare the operation for changes. Because only then can we continue to improve continuously.

As a training specialist, you contribute to training our employees by providing various trainings, including Warehouse Management System, at various locations within the EMEA region and online! You will work on this!

How do you do this? You start with an introduction process where, during the first weeks, you study the subject matter of DSV Operations and shadow colleagues during their trainings. As soon as you have gained enough knowledge after some time, you will start giving your own trainings, starting in the Netherlands and soon expanding further! In the role of training specialist, you will be responsible for providing training to DSV personnel. You will achieve this by:

• providing various trainings on-site within the EMEA region and online;
• continuously improving and keeping trainings and materials up to date;
• organizing trainings and coordinating with local branches;
• training local trainers in the countries.

• bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in supply chain, learning & development, education, or similar. Supplemented with one or two years of experience within the supply chain/logistics;
• excellent command of the English language. If you also speak other languages, this is certainly a plus;
• excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Additionally, you have a strong personality and adaptability;
• you are able to understand processes, know how to quickly grasp systems, and have a good knowledge of MS Office.
• last but not least, you are eager to travel abroad on a regular basis to provide training.
