Lead trainer IT Architecture

• You have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in conducting training in the field of IT Architecture. In doing so, you use modern learning concepts, have innovative ideas, and are commercially skilled.
• You are a TOGAF and/or Archimate certified trainer.
• You reside in the Netherlands.

We are looking to strengthen our team with lead trainers in the field of IT Architecture.

• You are a dynamic trainer who provides students with an inspiring learning experience.
• You are well-versed in didactics and have experience in setting up (design, development, and implementation) training programs and courses.
• Furthermore, you are flexible and a dynamic working environment is an enjoyable challenge for you. You can switch between individual coaching trajectories and group training sessions.
• Additionally, you are willing to train throughout the country and abroad.

You will be working for a renowned training institute that has been an established name in training information professionals for more than 40 years. You will become part of a team of permanent and flexible (contract) trainers. The team consists of approximately 60 colleagues: about 30 lead trainers, dedicated account managers, and a professional front and back office. All professionals with a passion for learning and development. Additionally, you can draw upon the knowledge and experience of colleagues within the Capgemini organization. You work for leading clients in the private, financial, and public sectors. There is room to give shape to your creative ideas to develop new training for clients or within our open offering.
