Do you enjoy working in an international environment, do you love variety, and do you get energy from guiding people through change? As a project trainer at DSV Contract Logistics, you will play a key role in international projects, helping employees successfully apply new ways of working and systems.

As a Project Trainer, you will enthusiastically contribute to international implementation and improvement projects within DSV. You will provide training at our warehouse locations in Europe and support projects in which our WMS system is being newly implemented or in which branches are transitioning to this system: you will work on it.

How will you do this? You will work closely with operations managers, project teams, and fellow trainers. In doing so, you are responsible for organizing, planning, and executing training within a project context. This requires flexibility, independence, and strong communication skills. You will achieve this by:

• providing both standard and project training regarding the WMS system and operational processes on-site;
• adapting training materials to the process and context of the site;
• managing and guiding training groups of twenty to seventy participants;
• coordinating with local stakeholders, such as operations managers;
• guiding employees through change and new ways of working.
