IT Business Consultant - Devoteam Public Consulting

• Completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) or WO (University) degree;
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, (IT) Consultant, or Functional Administrator within (national) executive government organizations or municipalities;
• Extensive knowledge of decentralizations and the transformation, as well as the underlying systems and information provision;
• Affinity with IT and the conceptual ability to translate process optimizations into IT adjustments;
• You are decisive and a self-starter, customer-oriented, and collaboration-oriented;
• Naturally, you are highly proficient in the Dutch language, both in writing and speaking;
• For this position, a BCS diploma/certification in business analysis is a significant advantage.

As an IT Business Consultant at Devoteam, you will perform various consultancy assignments for our clients in the public sector. In this role, you are an expert in the field of IT, applications, and environments within the government. We focus primarily on process optimizations using optimal information provision and standardization of message traffic. We work with independent administrative bodies, municipalities, and with the chain partners of those municipalities.

We prefer to work in small teams of fellow consultants with diverse specializations. We do not deliver standard solutions but are focused on inefficiencies and how to eliminate them. The approach is entrepreneurial, directly value-adding, and short-cycle. Often preceded by mapping the existing situation and POV/POC trajectories.
