• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thought and have demonstrable leadership experience, preferably within a service-oriented corporate culture;

• You can effectively determine your own priorities on a daily basis and handle this independently or coordinate it with your fellow LSC Coordinator;

• You get energy from a varied, dynamic environment where no two days are the same;

• You coach your employees and see what they need in order to subsequently respond to it;

• In possession of a VCA and ADR certificate, or are willing to obtain these via Den Hartogh;

• You are a communicatively strong and connecting leader who switches easily between employees, customers, and other stakeholders;

About the location

For our LSC5210 location, we are looking for a Teamlead Operations who makes a difference on the shop floor. As Teamlead Operations, you are part of the management team and the beating heart of the daily operation. Together with the Operations Manager and your fellow LSC coordinator, you lead the team and deal with planning and staffing, as well as administration and coordination with internal and external parties. You work day shifts, and no two days are the same. Additionally, you are a true so-called "People Manager" and get energy from coaching and leading employees. You see what employees need and, together with them, create a plan to work towards this.

• You provide direct leadership to a part of the team, both operational and office-based, and are the primary point of contact on the shop floor;

• Additionally, you conduct interviews with your team members: from recruitment and performance reviews to absenteeism discussions;

• You are responsible for creating the schedules and ensuring the correct staffing;

• You are the daily point of contact for our customer regarding operational matters;

• Together with the On Site Planner and the other LSC Coordinator, you are responsible for smooth and efficient service delivery to our customers at LSC 5210;

• In the area of safety and efficiency, you drive continuous improvement and follow up on safety and quality issues (Action Reporting);
