Where will you work?
You will join Royal Den Hartogh Logistics, an international and leading logistics service provider for the chemical, gas, polymer, and food industries. • You will have telephone contact with our B2B debtors and take action regarding unfulfilled payment obligations, in accordance with established procedures. You are continuously informed about the status of your portfolio and you know what is happening;

• Reducing the DSO by monitoring the agreed payment terms and informing debtors regarding unfulfilled payment terms;

• Resolving (complex) disputes on outstanding invoices in collaboration with various stakeholders (Commercial Manager, Account Manager);

• Following up on and managing initiated collection procedures;

• Providing periodic management reports concerning debtor positions;

• Analyzing the creditworthiness of new debtors and coordinating with Customer Service and Commercial regarding the follow-up actions to be taken.
