Your role!

Depending on your background, talents, and energy, we will look together with you to see which role suits you best. We offer two different streams:

As a Sales Associate, you are the shining business card of De Bijenkorf. You help in various departments (from Fashion and Cosmetics to Jewelry and Christmas and Home Accessories).

• What will you do? You proactively approach guests, advise and inspire them, and ensure a festive and welcoming atmosphere in the store. You also inform guests about, among other things, our services and promotions.
• Who are we looking for? You have an MBO level of thinking and working, experience in a commercial or customer-oriented position (preferably retail), are trend-conscious, have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, and are flexibly deployable (including weekends and shopping evenings).

As a Replenishment Assistant, you are the indispensable engine behind the scenes and on the shop floor. You ensure that the store always looks well-maintained, organized, and fully replenished, particularly during the morning hours or during quiet moments.

• What will you do? You replenish shelves, buffers, and displays according to fixed guidelines, check if prices are correct, process incoming goods (unpacking/labeling), and work in a structured manner according to fixed processes.
• Who are we looking for? You are an accurate and reliable colleague with a structured way of working. You have no objection to physical work and are flexible regarding working hours (morning, evening, weekend).

• An excellent gross hourly wage (approx. €14.99 / approx. €2,478 gross per month based on a 38-hour work week);
• A temporary contract for the festive period, with possibilities for (internal) growth or extension;
• 8% holiday allowance and 26 vacation days (pro rata);
• Travel allowance or a contribution towards travel expenses;
• Allowances for working irregular hours and a good pension scheme (depending on the role);
