Service & sales

Acting as the first point of contact during emergencies, evacuations, or first aid situations.
Contributing to a safe store environment for customers and colleagues.
A workday in this role
Start of the day: You check the store presentation and discuss priorities with the team.
Morning: You are on the floor, inspiring customers and supporting colleagues during busy moments.
Midday: You improve the product presentation and provide short knowledge boosts to the team.
Afternoon: You advise customers, process feedback, and identify sales opportunities.
End of the day: You close the department neatly and report any specifics back to your team manager.

As a Senior Sales Associate, you take on a natural leadership role in this. You connect product knowledge to service, ensure the department looks perfect, and support your team in delivering the highest service standards.
Based on full-time employment (40 hours per week), you can count on:
A gross monthly salary between € 2,589 and € 2,974

What you bring
MBO/HBO work and thinking level
At least 3 years of experience in retail or sales
Specialist knowledge of products (quality, material, trends)
Willingness to take on emergency response (BHV) duties (or certification)
