What are you going to do?
As a Privacy Consultant at Cuccibu, you will get the opportunity to carry out various challenging assignments in the field of privacy and further broaden your knowledge and skills. For our clients, you will be responsible for carrying out, among other things, advisory assignments in the field of privacy laws and regulations and related legal areas.

A glimpse of the activities

• Fulfilling a role as a Privacy Officer;

• Performing DPIAs and risk analyses;

• Drafting and implementing procedures, such as data breaches or data subject rights;

• Drafting and reviewing various agreements, such as SLAs, data processing agreements, and covenants;

• Advising on diverse issues in the field of data protection.

Who are you?

You are a flexible team player who is able to think along with our clients. You are not only a legal advisor, but you also bring actual change to the organization through your knowledge, approach, and communication skills. You are a conversation partner at all levels within the organization, where organizational sensitivity is an important skill.

As a Privacy Consultant, you commit yourself to creating value by providing pragmatic advice and thinking along with our clients. We believe it is important that you can be yourself and that you can turn to your colleagues to brainstorm when necessary.

Furthermore, you possess the following qualities

• You have completed a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education in a legal field;

• You are motivated to further develop yourself in the field of privacy, compliance and/or contract management;

• 1 - 3 years of work experience in the field of privacy;

• You like to take initiative and responsibility;

• You are a strong communicator and can effortlessly give presentations and write professional documents;

• You master the Dutch language at C2 level in speech and writing, and have a good oral and written command of the English language;

• Residing in the Netherlands.

• A competitive salary between €2,850.- and €5,750.- gross per month, depending on knowledge and work experience;

• A yearly contract for 28-40 hours with a view to permanent employment;
