What you'll do

As an experienced professional, you are a crucial link in our tax team. You work closely with your colleagues and clients to solve complex tax issues and formulate strategic advice. You have an affinity with estate planning and enjoy sitting at the table with family businesses and directors (DGA's). In doing so, you are involved in a multidisciplinary team in which the other expertises and disciplines of Crowe Foederer come together. Additionally, you are responsible for guiding junior consultants and play a key role in their development.
Your tasks will include:

Advising clients on tax issues, particularly estate planning but also corporate tax and income tax;
Developing tailor-made tax strategies and solutions;
Guiding and coaching junior consultants;
Maintaining and expanding client relationships;
Following developments and changes in tax laws and regulations and translating these into practical advice for clients.

How you'll work

Your qualities

A completed university degree (WO) in Tax Law or Tax Economics, supplemented by a completed NOB training;
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an advisory role within taxation;
In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication skills, in both Dutch and English;
Dares to make decisions independently;
A proactive, entrepreneurial, and client-oriented attitude;
Gets energy from a dynamic and fast-growing organization;
You believe in the power of sharing knowledge with clients and colleagues;
You are available 32-40 hours per week;
