Head of Finance

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or business.
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Finance within a production environment/manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, particularly IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX.
• Demonstrable experience with budgeting, forecasting, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
• The ability to translate financial analyses into clear insights and concrete advice for the business.
• A highly developed sense of ownership, initiative, and responsibility.
• The ability to switch constructively between local business interests and a larger corporate environment.
• Agility to switch between planned activities, ad hoc issues, and changing priorities.

Dycore is ambitious and in full motion. To strengthen the management team, we are looking for a Head of Finance. In this key position, you will hold ultimate responsibility for the financial management of Dycore and act as an important sparring partner to the Managing Director. You will report directly to the Managing Director and also have a functional reporting line to the Finance Director of the Benelux Cluster.

You will lead a team of three finance professionals, ensure a reliable planning and control cycle, and deliver the insights needed to make strategic and operational decisions.

Within Dycore, Finance is closely connected to the business. This means that you are not only responsible for reporting, budgets, and compliance, but you also understand the operations, identify opportunities, pinpoint risks, and actively contribute ideas for the further development of the organization.

At the same time, you operate within the dynamics of an international organization. You are the link between Dycore and CRH and know how to combine local business interests with the expectations from the group. In doing so, you switch easily between fixed reporting moments, ad hoc requests from CRH, and the daily dynamics of the business.

Your base is Oosterhout. Additionally, you will regularly be present at the production locations in Breda and Lelystad.

A glimpse of the activities

• Ultimately responsible for the financial management of Dycore, including accounting, reporting, compliance, taxation, and internal controls.
• Leading the finance team and ensuring an effective planning and control cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closings.
• Acting as a financial business partner and sparring partner to the Managing Director regarding strategic, operational, and investment issues.
• Translating financial and operational performance into clear insights, risks, and opportunities for improvement for the organization.
• Representing Dycore towards CRH and maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Driving profitability, cash flow, working capital, and continuous improvement of financial processes and performance.
• Connecting finance with operations and contributing to the further professionalization and development of Dycore.
