Sales Merchandiser Buitendienst innocent

Do you know the supermarket from the inside out and are you ready for your first step in field sales? As a Sales Merchandiser Buitendienst at CPM Benelux, you will represent innocent in Utrecht and Gelderland. Your supermarket knowledge forms the foundation, and with training and guidance, you will develop further. A next step in which you work independently, are on the road a lot, and meet different stores and people every day.

With your appointments in the calendar and your route mapped out, you will head out independently. You visit an average of seven supermarkets per day and engage in conversation with store employees and department managers. You sell in promotions and discuss, for example, the placement of innocent's unique chilled display. In this way, you create extra visibility for the smoothies, juices, and shots, and you give shoppers an extra moment to take them with them.

During your store visits, you will also look critically at the shelf. Are the products neatly arranged, are they well-stocked, and is the shelf position optimal? You identify discrepancies, work together with supermarket staff to find solutions for out of stocks, and make agreements regarding improvements. In doing so, you roll up your sleeves to present the products and promotional material attractively.

• A gross monthly salary of €2,700;
• A bonus scheme of up to €450 per quarter;

• You preferably have supermarket experience, for example as a sales assistant, shelf stocker, team leader, or department manager, and want to make the step to field service;
• You make contact easily, come across as energetic, and enjoy making others enthusiastic about your ideas;
• You take initiative: if you see an opportunity to improve a shelf or a display, you will discuss it;
• You live in the Utrecht or Gelderland region, preferably in or near Amersfoort, Apeldoorn, or Arnhem;
