Full-time Returns Team Leader

As a Full-time Returns Team Leader, you are active on the floor, keeping the employee at the center. You are the first point of contact for your team of approximately 20 logistics employees. You regularly engage in conversation with your employees to help them progress and improve. Together with your fellow team leaders, you conduct contract, absenteeism, performance, and appraisal interviews. In this, you also seek collaboration with various stakeholders such as fellow team leaders, operational managers, and HR. Being a team leader means standing strong in your shoes every day to tackle daily challenges and realize the long-term vision.

•  You are active on the floor, where you lead, coach, and develop a team of 20 employees.
• Together with your fellow team leaders, you ensure that the departments continue to develop.
• Taking responsibility for various HR tasks, conducting absenteeism, appraisal, and performance interviews.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders such as fellow team leaders, operational managers, and HR.
• You ensure that your employees get the best out of themselves and continue to develop themselves with your help.

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• You have at least 1 to 3 years of leadership experience óf you are in your 2nd/3rd year of a degree in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM).
• You have a developed vision regarding the culture within a team and know what is required to actively and positively engage and connect your team members.
• Experience with HR tasks associated with leadership, such as conducting recruitment, absenteeism, appraisal, and performance interviews.
• You work a day shift on four or five weekdays.
