You analyze the financial data in your dashboard on a weekly basis. This allows you to see exactly where you can improve the margin per repair. You also translate Apple's strict guidelines into simple work instructions. This ensures a faster turnaround time in the workshop. You travel to Tilburg weekly to streamline the operation there with colleagues. We tackle problems directly together over a cup of coffee.
