Sous Chef - Papa's Beach House

• Salary based on skills and experience (classification according to hospitality CAO scale VII) with room for growth.

Papa's Beach House is looking for a Sous Chef who thinks it's cool to train the team, knows how to provide direction, and has a passion for events! You will be responsible for coaching the team, making schedules, contributing ideas for new menus and banqueting brochures, and of course, placing orders. But more importantly, thanks to this strong management team, you will also have sufficient time to focus on what you truly love doing: cooking! As Sous Chef, you are therefore responsible for coordinating your kitchen team, safeguarding the brand, and creating a wonderful experience for guests!

• Start the day with a team briefing and discuss the schedule;

• You handle the mise-en-place and prepare the kitchen for the rest of the day;

• You manage the lunch and dinner service and monitor the quality of all dishes;

• Checking stock and ensuring timely orders;

• Conducting performance reviews and contributing to the development of the kitchen team;

• Preparing staff meals;

• Actively collaborating during busy lunch and dinner rushes;

• Closing down together with the team after a successful day.
