Event Manager Intern - Papa's Beach House

At Papa's, you will be fully involved in the world of events, from start to finish. You will become our right hand during the preparation and execution of the most special events. Think of weddings, corporate parties, and private dinners at a location where you are guaranteed to make an impression.

• You are the main point of contact on the day of the event for the client, the entertainment, and the team;

• You manage the preparation from A to Z: creating schedules, briefing people, and ensuring everything runs smoothly;

• You draw up task distributions so that everyone knows what is expected of them;

• Of course, you will also work alongside others during events and, in due course, run your own events independently;

• After each event, you write a report for management with your insights and feedback;

• And the best part? You grow step by step into the role, with increasing responsibility.

We are looking for someone bursting with energy, who dares to take initiative and works with a great sense of responsibility. You are independent, entrepreneurial, and keep your cool when the schedule is tight. Organizing is in your blood, and you switch effortlessly between different tasks.

• A healthy dose of perseverance;

• Strong communication skills, in both Dutch and English;

• A natural drive to arrange things to perfection.
