• You possess at least MBO level 3 and have at least three years of experience as a cook (of which one in a leadership role)
• You know the HACCP rules inside and out
• You want to obtain a master craftsman diploma or you already have it in your pocket

• Both early and late shifts fit your rhythm

• Salary between €2,769 and €3,352 based on 38 hours, depending on experience
• 8% holiday allowance and an annual bonus of one week's salary
• Up to €17.60 travel allowance per day
• A discount card for HMSHost locations

An airport pass is mandatory for working at Schiphol. We will arrange this for you, but you must have lived in the Netherlands continuously for the past 8 years. The security screening takes approximately 4 weeks - after that, you can get started!

This is what you will do as Chef de Partie
In this role, you mix your love for cooking with your talent for organizing and leading. You are the rock during peak hours and the chef who leads the way. You know exactly what is needed to make every service pop - for your guests and your team.
You lead the kitchen during your shift and manage a total of seven Independent Line Cooks

• You order smartly and accurately, so that you always have the right products in stock at the right time
• You ensure that every dish is perfect: full of flavor, sleekly presented, and exactly as you intended
• You work according to HACCP and health and safety regulations as if it were second nature to you
• You jump in to help in the kitchen when necessary - and show off your skills there
• You coach your colleagues and help them grow, with attention, humor, and professional knowledge
• You identify what can be improved and think along about how we can work smarter and more enjoyably
