• You prepare dishes independently and ensure they are passed on on time and according to the agreed quality standards.

• You handle the mise-en-place and monitor the quality and presentation of the dishes.

• You work both in the à-la-carte kitchen and during banqueting activities.

• You contribute ideas regarding dishes, menus, and improvements within the kitchen.

• You support the head chef and help colleagues where necessary.

• You work according to the applicable HACCP and hygiene regulations.

As an Independent Working Cook / Sous Chef, you will play an active role in the kitchen of Theaterhotel Almelo. You prepare dishes independently, assist during service, and work together with your colleagues to ensure quality and flavor on the plate. Additionally, you will be given the space to think along, show initiative, and take on increasing responsibility.
