Restaurant Manager - Papa's Beach House

• Salary between €2,800 and €3,400, in accordance with function group 6 of the Horeca CAO. Fitting your quality and experience.

As Restaurant Manager, you support our Operations Manager in daily matters. You create the staff schedule, you perform a critical walkthrough of the premises, you check the day's reservations and special requests, but you also join the Management meetings. You check the stock, assist with ordering, and look together at the training needs of the team. You also support the preparations for all events taking place at Papa's Beach House. These are events such as weddings and meetings, but also large corporate parties!

You have a passion for hospitality and a true can-do mentality. Leading and inspiring a young, energetic team suits you like no other. As a coach, you know how to motivate, develop, and adjust employees where necessary. With your inspiring personality, you know as a coach of a young team how to enthusiastically engage, develop, and guide employees in the right way.
