Restaurant & Events Supervisor - Papa's Beach House

As Restaurant & Events Supervisor, you are co-responsible for the daily operations at Papa's Beach House and report to the Operations Manager. You organize, delegate, and monitor all activities on the floor. You actively lead the team, address colleagues where necessary, and ensure that everyone knows what is expected of them. You also support the Event Manager with the preparations for all events that take place and lead the team during events. These include over 30 weddings per year, meetings, private parties (such as birthdays), but also large corporate events of up to 450 people!

• You fully cater to the guest and are the perfect host/hostess.

• You maintain an overview of the team, manage staff, and participate operationally.

• You guide new employees and interns with a good onboarding process.

• You are sharp on procedures and provide input for the improvement of work processes.

• You monitor brand standards and oversee hygiene, order, and quality;

• A hospitality degree is desired, but if you are a star in your work through experience, then you are also very welcome.

• You enjoy providing leadership and are still fully in development; we are naturally happy to help with this! 

• You are flexibly deployable and live in the Hoofddorp area.
